Refund policy

INMO Technology Company Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Scope

You may return devices and accessories within 15 days of receipt (the day after the package is delivered).

This policy only applies to INMO products purchased directly from inmoxr.com. Products purchased through any other channels, including second-hand purchases (even if the product is new), are not covered by this policy. If this product was purchased from a third-party seller, please refer to the seller's related policy for this product.

2. Refund Amount & Fees

For approved return and refund requests, INMO will process the refund based on the actual amount you paid.

  • For returns associated with product quality issues: INMO will cover the shipping costs and handling fees.

  • For returns due to subjective reasons (such as personal preference or change of mind): Your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees.

3. Refund Service Fees

  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, no service fee will be charged.

  • Between 15 to 30 calendar days of receiving your product, if the item has no manufacturing defects, you must provide the original receipt and pay a refund service fee.

*Note: Service fee percentages are calculated based on the total order value, including taxes and shipping fees.

*Note: $20 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from all returns, regardless of the reason or timeframe, to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Important Conditions

  • All products, packaging, and materials must be in original, undamaged condition.

  • Separately purchased materials and filters are non-returnable.

Note:

  • Service fee percentages are calculated based on the total order value, including taxes and shipping fees.

  • Please retain the original packaging for any returns — failure to do so may affect the return process.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Once processed, the refund will appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement. In some cases, it may take longer to reflect.

  • Service fees do not include return shipping costs. If you cancel or return an order without manufacturing defects within 30 days of receipt, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following requirements:

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase and the related Serial Number to start a return.

  • Original Condition: All returned items must remain in their original packaging in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, without damage.

  • Accessories & Gifts: You must return all accessories and any promotional gifts that come with the products.

    • If any spare parts or promotional gifts are missing, we may refuse to accept the return or deduct the value of missing items from the amount returned to you according to the list below.

    • You are responsible for all expenses incurred in the return.

  • Product-Specific Requirements:

    • All products, packaging, and materials must be undamaged.

    • Separately purchased materials and filters are non-returnable.

    • Abnormal Returns: Any product returned to INMO that is not an INMO product will be considered an abnormal return. In such cases, you will not receive a refund, and INMO will not ship the product back to you.


5. Accessory After-Sales Policy

To ensure a smooth experience, INMO handles accessory after-sales support as follows:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Please inspect all accessories within 14 days of receiving your package. If any accessory has a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@inmoxr.com, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.

  • Warranty Coverage: Certain accessories (see table below) are considered consumables and are not covered under the free warranty. If these items become damaged during normal use, they can be purchased separately on the INMO official website.

  • Case-by-Case Evaluation: For accessory issues reported beyond the 14-day DOA period but still within the warranty period, we will evaluate based on actual usage time and condition. As a general principle, accessories used for more than 3 months will not be eligible for free replacement.

**Note: If any accessory listed as "not covered under free warranty" arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for DOA support.

6. Return Process

To apply for a return, please write us an email at support@inmoxr.com.

Please do NOT send an item back before communicating with us. You can always contact us for any return questions at the same email address.


7. Data Protection

Before returning your product:

  • Back up any data you might have stored on your product.

  • Delete all data from the device.

  • Remove all confidential, proprietary, and personal information.

INMO is not responsible for any data loss or remaining personal information on returned devices.


8. Refund Timeline

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect on your account may vary depending on the payment method used and can also be influenced by the processing time of the card issuer.


Additional Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Service fees do not include return shipping costs. If you cancel or return an order without manufacturing defects within 30 days of receipt, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Packaging: Please retain the original packaging for any returns — failure to do so may affect the return process.
