This policy is designed to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience and ensure your legal rights are protected.


1. Warranty Coverage & Duration

Your INMO AR glasses are covered by the following warranty services:

  • Main Unit (AR Glasses Host): The main unit of INMO AR glasses is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
  • Battery: The battery is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase.
  • Accessories: Accessories such as ring controllers are not covered by this warranty.
  • Applicability: This warranty policy only applies to INMO products purchased directly from https://inmoxr.com/. Products purchased through any other channels, including second-hand purchases (even if the product is new), are not covered by this policy. If this product is purchased from a third-party seller, please refer to the relevant policy of that seller.
  • Geographical service: Global after-sales service centers (US / JA / EU), product quality issues occur, contact the customer service team to return to the nearest service center for inspection, repair or product replacement.

2. After-Sales Service Details

To protect your rights, a valid warranty claim requires proof of purchase (such as an order number) and this warranty certificate.

  • Within 30 days from the receipt date: For a product with a defect in materials or workmanship, you can choose a refund, replacement, or repair. This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.
  • After 30 days and within the warranty period: For a product with a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide a free repair or replacement, at our discretion.

3. Warranty & Return/Exchange Process

If your INMO product encounters quality problems during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  1. Initiate a Claim: Contact us at support@inmoxr.com. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and ideally, include a malfunction video for preliminary online troubleshooting to help us determine if it's a hardware failure.
  2. Obtain Authorization and Address: Please do not return the product to us before obtaining return permission and a designated address from INMO customer service. Do not return the product to the address on the waybill yourself; if found, INMO reserves the right not to issue a refund or process the claim.
  3. Cooperate with Troubleshooting: If you do not cooperate with the malfunction troubleshooting, your request may be treated as a "no-reason return."
  4. Data Backup: It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that the data, software, or other materials in the equipment will be lost or reformatted during the service process. INMO is not responsible for any data loss.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Qualified Malfunction Return: For orders that qualify for malfunction returns, we will prioritize arranging for pick-up service. If pick-up service cannot be arranged, customers can return the product themselves, and the store will cover part or all of the return shipping costs.

5. Warranty Exclusions (Including but not limited to)

The following situations are not covered by INMO's warranty:

  • Order number discrepancy with the product label.
  • Damage caused by non-authorized repairers or service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an INMO representative.
  • Damage from improper use, maintenance, or storage contrary to the manual, or operating the Product outside its permitted or intended uses described by INMO.
  • Damage due to force majeure (e.g., lightning strikes, tornadoes, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes).
  • Damage from user misuse, accident, abuse (e.g., dropping, crushing, liquid immersion, negligence).
  • Malfunctions caused by non-original accessories or use with non-INMO products.
  • Commercial use of the product.
  • Alterations or modifications to any part of the Product without authorization.
  • Unauthorized activation of developer mode will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Any products returned to INMO that are found to be non-INMO products will be considered abnormal returns. In this case, the buyer will not receive a refund for the product, and INMO will not ship the product back.

6. Legal Disclaimers

  • Limitation of Damages: Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, INMO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if INMO has been informed of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  • Implied Warranties: Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) will have a limited duration up to a maximum duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation will not be applied in these cases.
